Scheduling and Fees
SCHEDULING
We offer three
different medical intuitive consultations,
depending on their purpose and length
of the consult: a Full Medical Intuitive
Phone Consultation, a Follow-up Consultation,
and a Qualifying Consultation. Following
are the purpose, scheduling requirements,
fees and policies associates with
each of them.
Full Medical
Intuitive Consultation
This is a 30-minute phone session
with Rhonda, however additional live-time
can be made available, if your system
indicates more information is available
and you’d like to be subject
to it. This consultation is for first-time
clients, as well as for a client who
has not had a consultation or in-office
visit within the past six months.
The time on the telephone is 30 minutes.
An additional 20 to 30 minutes are
spent after you disconnect from the
telephone session while Rhonda continues
to work with you by modifying or adding
to the recommendations, as well as
documenting information from the session.
Additional transcription time is then
required by Barry, as he transfers
Rhonda’s notes to a formal format,
and then Rhonda does a final review,
possibly adding even more information
before it is mailed to you.
You will be mailed detailed information
concerning all recommendations, foods,
nutrients or other substances to avoid
and incorporate, and other pertinent
recommendations. We do not tape record
the session and ask you not to do
so. Rhonda takes notes and we only
document what your system indicates
and directs you to do, not to do,
or to reflect upon. You may want to
take your own notes during this consultation.
Once you have received this information,
simple questions can be addressed
for you - they can be called in, faxed
or emailed. We will also make recommendations
on how to obtain products that are
recommended, as some of them might
not readily be available at your local
health food store; however, we do
not directly sell these products.
(Rhonda’s 30-minute consult
is very concentrated time –
a half hour is equivalent to about
3 ½ hours: this is straightforward,
non-interactive, pinpointed and accurate
information about what has happened,
is happening and could potentially
happen in your system’s totality.
There is no need to provide Rhonda
with any written or verbal background
or history about your system, as she
will comprehend immediately, as your
system reveals and indicates what
is ripe for you to achieve, thus profit
by.)
You are required to sign and forward
a Telephone Consultation Agreement/Consent
form to us three days prior
to your session. Rhonda will
not do a consultation without a signed
form. This form can be found on page
33 of our The Lenair Healing Center
brochure or can be downloaded here.

Follow-Up Consultations
Follow-up sessions (15-minute baseline)
are designed to have you ask any follow-up
questions from your in-office or initial
consultation sessions, have Rhonda
review your system to determine how
it has changed since your last contact
with her, and make any necessary modifications
to your personal protocol. You may
choose to have a follow-up consultation
just to ask questions about a specific
new problem or to clarify points from
a previous session or just to see
what your system comprehends you need
to be subject to anew.
Follow-up consultations are typically
initially scheduled immediately following
your in-office program or the timing
is recommended following (and included
with the documentation) of your Full
Medical Intuitive Consultation. If
you have a follow-up consultation
scheduled in the future and it necessitates
to have one sooner, call Barry to
arrange an earlier time.
We do not send you the notes of this
follow-up session, so you will need
to take notes. If you do have questions,
please ask Rhonda during the session
(including product questions), as
it is difficult for her to get back
into your system after the consultation
to re-acquaint herself with your system.
Qualifying Consultations
A Qualifying Consultation is offered
to assist either you or Rhonda in
determining how and if The Lenair Healing
Center program is appropriate for
you. During this non-documented 10-15 minute session, Rhonda
will provide whatever information
your system discloses for you to be confident
that this program is right for you
and/or that Rhonda feels confident
in being able to assist you. In some
cases, Rhonda will request this type
of consult if there are multiple and/or
complicated issues and she needs to
determine how many programs or sessions
will be required: this assists us
in properly scheduling you and in
ultimately serving you best. A Qualifying
Consultation will almost always be
required if you are looking for assistance
with an issue that is not identified
in our ISSUES WE ADDRESS section of
our website (ISSUES
WE ADDRESS) or for the issue of bulimia.
Prior to your phone session, you will
need to sign and forward a Telephone
Consultation Agreement to us three
days prior to your session.
Rhonda will not be able do a consultation
without a signed form. This form can

FEES
Full Medical Intuitive Consultation
The fee is $495
(US) for the session, however
more time can be made available, and
any time beyond the 30-minutes would
be charged at the rate of this consultation.
We require a $200 non-refundable deposit
for this consult. If for any reason
you are not able to keep this appointment,
we require 2 days notice to be able
to reschedule it for you, otherwise
the deposit will be forfeited. Consultation
appointment deposits can be secured
via credit card or certified check.
Follow-up
The fee is $285 (US) for the
initial 15-minutes; any time
beyond that is prorated at that fee.
Your credit card is charged following
the consult.
Qualifying
Consultation
The fee is $185 (US)
for this session. Your credit card
will be charged upon scheduling this
session. There is no documentation
with this form of consultation.
CANCELLATIONS
We typically schedule
appointments for any type of consultation
well in advance. I do not call ahead
to confirm consultations, therefore,
it is your responsibility to record
and remind yourself of your consultation
time. We require two days
notice for any change in any consultation.
Without adequate notice, your deposit
for your Full Consultation or Qualifying
Consultation will be forfeited. For
a follow-up consult, I will do my
best to re-schedule your appointment,
but you can’t be assured of
getting another appointment in the
timeframe you’d like. If you
don’t provide adequate notice
for your 15-minute follow-up session,
we ask you to take responsibility
for your missed session.
PREPARATION
For your consultation,
you must call: 802-537-3222
at your appointed time (if you hear
our voice mail message, we’re
still on the phone; please leave a
message, and I’ll get back to
you promptly). As Rhonda also sees
clients in her office and she provides
people with as much time as they need,
sometimes we are a little delayed
in our schedule. For that reason,
please leave adequate time in your
own schedule in anticipation of that
event. On rare occasion, we may have
to reschedule your appointment, and
in that case Rhonda will do her best
to accommodate you, even if she has
to do the consult on her day off or
per your schedule’s convenience.
It might be helpful for you to prepare
any questions you may have in advance
of the consultation. Rhonda will ask
at some point during the session if
you do have questions.
Please let Rhonda know at
the beginning of the consultation
if you are having any problems hearing
her clearly. Calling from a landline,
if possible, always produces the best
connection.
Rhonda chooses not to have a clock
in the room where she does consultations.
Therefore, it is your responsibility
to let her know when your scheduled
time for the consult is over;
at that point, you can opt to have
her continue and you would be charged
for that additional time.
As a reminder, we do not permit recording,
in any format, of these consultations.
Rhonda wants you to be subject to
your consultation in its totality,
without later dwelling on any parts
more importantly or relevantly than
others. Your protocol is the final
read-out and portrays all you need
to focus on in order to receive full
and most potent benefit from the experience.

for the Full (30-minute) Consultation.

as they're not forwarded to you.
