We are also planning an impromptu trip to the Boston area: July 14-25. A very limited number of people will be seen on this trip (we'll be seeing clients in Newbury, MA). Call Barry to schedule your appointment: deposits are due upon scheduling.

COORDINATORS
We will be bringing Rhonda’s healing sessions to those who have been unable
to visit us in Vermont. In order to help facilitate these trips, we are seeking coordinators,
coordinator assistants, and sponsors in: Pennsylvania, California, Canada (Nova Scotia), Germany (Berlin),
Norway, and Denmark. This volunteer position involves:

Coordinating and organizing a minimum of 20 people for a trip 4 months in advance of
the trip

Spreading the word to a variety of constituencies about Rhonda’s travel plans
to their city/region
-
Disseminating literature to health food stores, libraries, holistic markets, book
stores, human resource departments of your company, if applicable, etc.

Distributing or putting up posters in strategic locations
-
Alerting friends, family and colleagues about the visit through email
communications
-
Assisting with identifying local public relations opportunities and media outlets
to announce and promote the trip

Keeping track of and scheduling all prospective clients for the trip
In exchange for these efforts, the coordinator would receive a program without
a fee for themselves or someone they designate.
In order for us to close our practice and travel, we do need a commitment of at least
20 people who sign up for the program in advance of our traveling. The first step in determining if there is
interest in your area for a visit would be for us to conduct a no-fee Telegathering for people in your circle;
we could accommodate a group of 50, but at least 30 would be required to hold the Telegathering.
Following the Telegathering, we would know the commitment level and could then assign a date for our visit.
COORDINATOR ASSISTANT
If you don't feel you would be able to organize 20 people for a visit to your location, another
position is available. A Coordinator Assistant would be expected to have at least four people, not including yourself, who would make
a commitment to sign up for a program to see Rhonda. For this effort, you would receive a $400 reduction for your own program ($100 per
person).
If you have the desire and time available to assist and the contacts and skills, please contact Barry and he will provide the marketing
materials and give you direction to coordinate your efforts.
